Adept Escrow Service, Inc, a family owned and operated business, has served the Inand Empire for over 16 years. We have over 9,000 accounts, servicing over 25,000 clients on a monthly basis. Our Escrow Officers serve as members of the Eastern Washington Escrow Association, Washington Escrow Association, and the American Escrow Association.

Locally Owned and Operated
We take pride in our local heritage and believe in serving the local community with the best possible service. Customer service and satisfaction are number one. If we made a mistake or there is some problem that needs to be resolved, we happily fix it very quickly.

Experienced
We have 9 full-time members with an average of 7 years experience each. Our turnover is extremely low. If one of us does not know the answer, chances are the person sitting right next to us does.

Safekeeping of Documents
Some escrow companies do not hold documents - we do! We look at this as the number one priority of Adept Escrow. We want your deed to be safe.

Focus
Contract Collection is Adept Escrow's specialty. We do not perform other functions within the real estate industry such as title or real estate closings. Our total focus is on collections. When you correspond with us you will speak to an individual who cares about your collection account.

Customer Service

Extremely flexible

Documents held in office and easily accessible

Reserves held for taxes and insurance
Monthly and Year-End Information provided
Automatic withdrawal and deposit
Multiple disbursals and multiple payors

Price
All of the above services are provided, on average, for $2.25 per month per party - if there are more than 2 parties, the price actually falls. Spokane County has some of the lowest prices in the nation. We feel we have been a major contributor in keeping cost down.

Ask the following questions before using an Escrow Company

Do they hold documents?

How many years have they been in business?

What is the frequency of statements to all parties?

What is the total cost? (Hint: Ask for a fee Schedule - if they say "NO", chances are they are hiding something.)
