This is our Fee Schedule which is effective March 1, 2006. We are an Escrow Collection Agency and we do not do any Real Estate Closings. The figures below are subject to sales tax at the rate of 8.5%. Thank you.

Agreements with one or more underlying obligations to be paid are welcome, subject to the above Fee Schedule - see additional disbursements.
 
Agreements with annual payments will be discounted 20% from the above rate on the annual bookkeeping fees.
 
Interest bearing accounts are charged an additional set-up fee of $25.00 and an additional annual bookkeeping fee of $12.00 per year.
 
Lease Options are charged a set-up fee of $55.00 and an annual bookkeeping fee of $78.00 ($39.00 each) - all other fees as above.
 
Services provided in addition to the above are billed at the rate of $45.00 per hour with the understanding by the customer of an additional charge.
